Dr. Wong Jin Lin graduated with his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2012. Prior to pursuing specialist postgraduate training with the National University of Singapore, he practiced both within the private and public service. Upon completion of the Master of Dental Surgery in Prosthodontics in 2018, Dr. Wong was also conferred a Membership in Prosthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He continued with public service at the National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS). While at NDCS, he played key roles in various committees within the centre. Dr. Wong was recognised for the commitment towards service excellence and was awarded the Singapore Health Quality Service Award in 2019, 2021, 2022 and Singhealth Young Clinician Publication Award in 2020. Believing in the cause of education, Dr Wong was a lecturer in the NITEC in Dental Technology Certification Programme provided by the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) from 2018 to 2022.
Currently, Dr. Wong is a visiting clinician involved in multidisciplinary treatment needs at NDCS. He serves as an executive committee member of the Prosthodontic Society Singapore. He also maintains active memberships with the International Team of Implantology (ITI) and Singapore Dental Association (SDA). Besides providing comprehensive dental treatment and professional advice at work, he enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his family and friends. Dr. Wong believes in giving back to the community by providing dental screening for the local community in Singapore.
Dr. Wong speaks English, Mandarin, Malay and Chinese dialects such as Cantonese and Hokkien. He has special interest in digital dentistry, implant dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, removable prosthodontics and geriatric care.
